The tutors of these courses have many years experience of training, meditation and mindfulness who are specialized and qualified in a range of holistic therapies, working at the centre offering anxiety & stress relief therapies with children and adults. They will work closely with a small group of students in this specially created course for young adults. This will help them to enjoy a day of meditation and healing,

Adapted from the adult workshop for children to enjoy. Parents are welcome to obtain a ticket to attend this course with their children or children may attend while a parent remain onsite for the day....
