Salt Room 'sauna'
This beautiful cedar wood 'sauna' has an ioniser controlled environment, which can aid respiratory problems including: emphysema, asthma, bronchitus, hayfever, sinusitus, viruses, skin disorders and allergic symptoms. Any condition where purification is needed will be hugely benefited by this sauna which provides a 100% natural, effective & risk-free Salt Therapy treatment. Clients with Fibromyalgia and any autoimmune or neuralogical conditions have found particular benefit with this treatment due to the infrared heating and salt which helps to detox the system. Do I need to remove my clothes, or shower after?
No, it is set comfortably warm at 80-85deg so you can remain fully clothed.
Is it what you breath in as if you have your clothes on it can't get to your skin.???
It is a pure environment so your whole body absorbs and responds to that energy. Our body cells and energy responds to the external environment around us. For instance if we are in a polluted toxic environment then our whole body would be exposed to it whether clothed or not...
